What not so many people understand is the role they play in having their vehicles shipped smoothly and faster. For most people, the efficient delivery of auto transportation services solemnly relies on the car shipping company in charge. If you have always held that belief, you are wrong. A larger bulk of smooth auto shipping process lies with the client and it starts with the auto shipping scheduling and the ensuring processes. You need to ensure that it is done earlier in accordance with the policies of the company.’

Auto Transport

Why Earlier Scheduling?

Shouldn’t I just wait until three days before informing the auto transport company about my shipping? Why would I do that a week in advance? For many people, this is how we are wired to reason. Earlier scheduling comes with its benefits, which every customer deserves to enjoy. It is understandable that auto transportation services are widely sought after, especially from reliable companies. You might not be the only person in need of such services. Late scheduling denies you the opportunity of being given the priority. There might be enough trailers to handle transportation of several cars, but no one wants his car to be part of the alternative shipment.

If you call the car shipping company early enough, there will be ample time to plan for your shipping. If made as early as three weeks, you will have the opportunity of customizing part of the process. Maybe you are in need of special services that aren’t offered by a company on a regular basis. Informing the team early enough makes it possible for you to access such services.

Save Money with every shipment

For some companies, the clients get to save money when he applies for early scheduling. For such companies, there are discounts depending on how earlier you inform them of your shipping intentions. These are easy perks that you shouldn’t think twice about taking advantage of. You have every reason to squeeze the most of such opportunities.

In addition, you will stay a safer distance from using the extra money for emergency services. Some people wait until the last minute only to realize they have to use expedite express car services. This option is faster and more comfortable, but you will have to use the extra money. What if you are working on a tight budget? The entire set up becomes messed up!

Don’t be left behind

Even those in need of express services should schedule their cars several hours from the pickup time. During scheduling, you must note the pickup and delivery times as indicated by the company. Nevertheless, you should be able to understand that the details indicated are only averages and any eventuality might ensue. Keeping in touch with the company and making enquiries whenever possible is important in ensuring a smooth process. At the end of the day, everyone wants comfortable, stress-free auto shipping; it must start from you!

Identifying the Best Car Transport Companies

Everyone likes associating with winners; it is in us. It is our nature. Do we always end up with winning associates, especially service providers? No is the answer. If you can remember clearly; there is that instance when you had a bad experience with a certain service provider. The reason might as well be simple; you did not consider your options critically when identifying the service provider. It isn’t any different when hiring auto transport companies. Everyone wants his car to be transported safely to the preferred destination. However, only a few people invest their time in search of the best car transport companies. Would you like to be part of that marginal statistic? This is how to do it!

Car Transport

Insist on Licensing
The license is the first proof that a service provider is legit. You wouldn’t want to transact with people who are not authorized to transport your vehicle. In most instances, customers assume that all local car transport companies are licensed. As such, they do not delve into the finer details. The regrets only come in when serious cases arise, and the vehicle is not delivered in accordance with the initial arrangement. You wouldn’t be a victim of circumstances, neither would you desire your car to be a the center of a major squabble. Save yourself the stress by verifying the licensing of your auto shipping company before engaging in business in them. You can always find such details displayed openly on the website for all to see.

How perfect is client support system?
Most people want to have an idea of the shipping process while the vehicle is in transit. Only the best car transport companies in the nation offer consistent tracking of your vehicle. With such services, you will be sure of where your car is at any moment. This helps in planning and even more, enables customers to plan the easier way.

Check the Reviews and Ratings
Many people downplay the essence of customer reviews when seeking the services of auto shipping companies. Do not be a victim. Knowing what previous clients are saying about a company is necessary for verifying the credibility of an auto shipping company. If everyone is complaining about poor services and delayed delivery of the vehicle, what makes you feel your case will be different? A wise customer takes advantage of online review sites like Yelp. You can also check individual review pages of particular companies. It might not be the exact reflection of the company, but it gives you an idea of what to expect during the shipping process.

Ask for Referrals
If it’s the best, then everyone knows. Certain things cannot remain hidden. A single experience with an auto transportation company is enough to gauge their efficiency and commitment. You have every reason to take advantage of such facts and ask different people for referrals. These can be your close friends, relatives, or even colleagues at work. Referrals help you narrow down on which company to choose instead of relying on the internet for all the answers. At Nexus Auto Transport, most of our repeat customers result from referrals so you can always be certain of our record.

Are All Auto Shipping Companies the Same?

Why should I spend so much time scrutinising various auto-shipping companies? Shouldn’t I just settle on the first one I come across? Many customers who are seeking the services of auto transport carriers are tempted to ask such questions. For such people, there doesn’t seem to be much difference between individual auto transportation companies. Having stayed long enough in the industry however, we at Nexus Auto Transport understand how wrong such people can be. Auto shipping goes far beyond transportation of vehicles between different points. It is much more involving than that. For that reason, different companies handle the process of auto shipping in varied ways; taking into consideration several aspects.

Auto Shipping

It starts with Shipping Charges
As many would agree, the auto-shipping cost is one of the greatest considerations when it comes to seeking the services of car transport companies. For many people, making it manageable and keeping it cool is the greatest worry. Varied companies offer different shipping costs. Even for similar distance and same route, you will have varying quotes. Many people would prefer affordable services so they would always rush to the cheaper quotes. Worth noting is that, in this industry, you only get what you pay for. Before jumping into a ‘good deal,' therefore, you might want to consider other factors besides collective costs involved.

Customer Service is Key
The other major difference between various auto-shipping services is customer support. Services providers are different, and as expected, they can never handle you in the same way. Besides your vehicle being transported safely to the desired destination, you also need to be handled the perfect way. You wouldn’t want people who do not have respect for you to handle your vehicle. That would be disastrous. Before confirming auto-shipping services, it is always advisable to ensure the service providers have supportive customers care services. They should help you monitor the progress of shipping right from the pick-up point. At Nexus Auto Transport, we are always keen on ensuring smooth customer care services. You can always get in touch with us for inquiries or other concerns.

Reliability is Key
However much companies would like to keep their profiles clean, not all will deliver all the promises they make. Some are simply rhetoric sayings that they never get to fulfill. As a client, you need to look for service providers who are keen on waking the talk. If you agree on exact pick-up time, it should be so and nothing less. The same should be applicable to the car delivery services. How do you know about all these when you are just seeking their services for the first time; you might want to ask. Online reviews and close friends can help you with such information.

At the end of the day, one realizes that auto shipping is not a simple matter of transporting vehicles between different points. Several factors are involved and how individual companies handle them makes the difference; it is never the same!

Secure Car Transport

Most people perceive car shipping experience as a daunting task; it is never that way. With the right service providers, auto transportation can be so easy and enjoyable. The problem might only come in finding the ideal auto transporters that will guarantee secure car shipping process. All companies can promise you secure auto transportation services only a countable number of them can deliver that. That calls for extra measures when transporting your car if security is to remain a top priority.

Secure Car Transport

Opt for Enclosed Shipping Services

When you are shipping your luxury car or a vehicle that you attach so much value to, maximum security becomes a key issue. This car shipping option is more secure and guarantees the best outcome for your ride regarding security. When it comes to enclosed car shipping, there are two options to choose from; soft sided enclosed carrier and hard side enclosed carrier.

For the soft-sided carrier, the car is protected from external conditions and bad weather effects. The side of the trailer carrying the vehicles is protected using a canvas. This method allows easier opening of the protected vehicle. It is an affordable way of ensuring the safety of your ride during the much involving process.

The other alternative is a hard-side enclosed carrier, which is considered to have the highest level of car protection. This package comes with maximum protection of the transported car from external elements including harsh weather. If you are moving a high-end vehicle like Ferrari, opting for this option would be the best. With this, you would not need to crack your head concerning the safety of your vehicle. You will be certain of collecting it while it is intact on the delivery date.

Go for Record of Accomplishment
Besides choosing an ideal package, you need to ensure your choice of Auto Transport Company is experienced and has the capability of ensuring secure car shipping services. This is best explained by their track records. Are there delivery scandals involving that company? If you are uncertain of the answers, confirmation would be a good starting point. You can ask former clients how satisfied they were with the services. If there are controversies surrounding anything, it might not be worth it.

You must go for service providers who will make the most out of that single auto transport opportunity. The record should also be able to capture their experiences in dealing with cases of insecurity in the past. How did they handle it?

You get what you pay for
The idea of getting cheaper services might be so alluring. In the end, you might end up with pathetic services. For the best security of your car during shipping, you should be able to pay handsomely for the given services. It will ensure perfection of the process and maximum security of the car being shipped. However, that doesn’t mean you only look for expensive option; You can always go for affordability blended well with quality delivery of services.
